Ell I just figured out what the problem was, I left the directory of the game open and it kept minimising when I clicked anywhere Thanks anyway

BeefontheBone Are you running the DOS version in DOSBox, or the Windows version? I'd recommend trying the other one to what you're using - DOSBox certainly should handle minimisations much better than the Windows version of the game.

Ell I'm on Windows XP Home Edition.

Also: I did a spyware scan which got rid of loads of spyware which could have been running in the background, but it still minimises

BeefontheBone What OS are you running it under? It seems unlikely AVG or your ATi software would cause minimisation.

Ell I closed everything but AVG, and the ATI thing but the ATI thing is for the screen. Maybe it is AVG?

Bobbin Threadbare What other programs do you have open when you play it? Because if you've got MSN or any other IM program running, it's obvious.

Ell Almost every time I play UFO - Enemy Unknown the game itself randomly minimises, and it takes ages to try and bring it back up from the taskbar. There's probably something easy I should do but I don't know I'm a total noob at this stuff. If anyone could help me out i'd really appreciate it
