thebes This looks like a fun game. Would you say this is better or about the same as Journey? I have not started Journey yet but if I ever get more time( like soical security age ) I would like to start one of these. k:

Guest Well, you've already seen that picture, so to see it again try typing LOOK. Otherwise you'll just have to wait for the next location with a picture (not all new locations have their own picture).

Guest How do you make the graphics come BACK after scrolling them up?

I tried typing "graphics" but it just says "graphics are now on." without actually bringing the picture back down.

Guest_Sebatianos_* Yeah... sorry... my bad. Type TEXT (not click) and the picture will scroll up (or type in Graphics to turn them off/on).

I do that and it just lets me choose whether I want brief or verbose.

Guest I read the review. I still don't see how you scroll up to see text, though.

Guest_Sebatianos_* It was not unusual in those days to get ports with different options... Amiga was at the time the more capable machine and did have music to it (there are other examples of games where the PC ported version left something out).

If there's a PC game with sound, I don't know about it - sorry (maybe some re-release or something), but usually that didn't happen to text games (just point'n'click adventures where they added speach).

frd Here's one of the comments from the Amiga version linked page:

I played this for many hours but I was too young those days. Later I have noted an interesting thing: the game has been published in year 1986 but it uses quite good digitized instrument samples on title music. Could this be the first computer game ever to use good instrument samples?[/b]
So does it mean only the Amiga version has sound?
