Tulac | AFAIK this game is 3D I remember it slowly running on my p133 without 3D acceleration, so I doubt you'll be able to run it properly on anything but a win98 machine... |

Well I've got two options (three really). 1) get it running in DOSBox - speeding it up; 2) getting it run in windows - finding a patch or something making it compatible 3) forgetting about it. I'll tackle the problem at some other time - thanks for the help though (both of you) |

if it's from 97 it probably had pretty hgh-end dos requirements, maybe a Pentium processor - DOSBox might not be able to emulate it efficiently enough methinks (just hypothesising, and I'm preaching to the choir really). Presumably you tried compatibility and googling. in fact, this is possibly my least helpful post ever |

Sebatianos | 1997 - it's got both modes Win and Dos, but the Win mode doesn't run well in XP so I tried DOS mode (in DOSBox). It's kinda like MKTrilogy - only that MKT works (at 12.000 cycles). |

Sebatianos | This game runs way too slow. I crancked up DOSBox up to 48.000 cycles, played with all the setting in between, also changed the frame skip rates, but it's still too slow. Is there any other way of speeding DOSBox? |
