It was released in Europe as Flying Shark, and in USA as Sky Shark, only on C64 they are 2 different games - conversions from arcade. |

Booper | The game looks (and plays) much better on the NES port if you can manage to get a hold of it. Was one of my favorites when I was younger.

Master MC | This game is pretty lame. Just a remake of those classic space invader thingies. Fun though, shooting tanks and suicide planes with the same ammunition.

Anyway, it looks like a cute little game, that I could probably spend an hour or two with, even if GameBringer didn't really like it. I always asked myself why he is giving dosbox support on AR and not on abandonia  Wouldn´t it be much better too give support for this one on dos related sites...? By the way: sky shark looks great. Never heard of it though... |

I just played the DOS version. Oh my, it is crap. 2/5 is too good for this, 1.5 more likely. Seriously, try the Amstrad CPC version or the ST version, MUCH MUCH better. |

Wow! I remember this game from a long time ago. Although I remember it being called 'SkyShark'. Unforunately for me, its a drastic case of you've played one you've played them all. Not a fan of these kind of games. |

Good, at least I am not crazy. It is a very good top down shoot em up of the days old (or something). It is not exactly easy game, but it is fair. I haven't played the DOS version but the Amstrad CPC 6128 version and the Atari ST were first class. The graphics very detailed, loved how you could destroy the turret off a tank but the tank still survive, the boss battles were fun, especialy against the ships, and the whole game is a class above most of the similar games of the period. I give it a 4 easily (out of 5). |
