I don't know if I am allowed to vote, because I'm still newbie, but I would prefer only one sticked post without any replies build i a specail way (like GFA-Basic did it with sources, you know: folded).

Users who use many forums often know the main rules of any board anyway, and will only be interested in special rules for special boards. If the user only has to look for the first posting in the board, and within that look for special headings, click on that and the whole text pops up, he quickly is able to find what he is looking for.

User who don't care, whatever the rules say, won't read them anyway, regardless how good they are presented.
