Reup No, don't use Moslo in DosBOX, but maybe curny didn't mean DosBOX, since he didn't mention it at all in his post...

The Fifth Horseman I don't recommend using slowdown utilities with DosBox.

Cycle regulation during games never caused any problems for me, personally.

guesst Ctrl-F11/ctrl-f12 will speed up or slow down clock cycles in DOSBox. However, it's recommended you do this BEFORE you run the game or it might cause some funny problems.

The other option is to open up DOSBox.conf in notepad and manually edit the value under CPU. It is recommended that you make an unaltered copy of your DOSBox.conf before diddling with the values or you may not remember them later.

In DOSBOX you can change the cycles for a game via F10 if I remmember correctly, if not - check out the tutorial at DosBox's startup.
Sorry, only way I know.
