The Fifth Horseman Is the game on a real CD, a disc image (ISO,BIN/CUE) or simply a zip archive?

For disc images, you might want to failiarize yourself with IMGMOUNT command.
For an actual CD in your CD drive, try this.

Scatty You need to install the game from the mounted CD drive with the install.exe located there, not unzip single throttle.exe to some folder. When you install the game from a CD drive or a mounted virtual CD drive, while the game is installed it saves the letter of the CD drive in it's config file to find the game's CD in the future. That's why you need to install the game from it's CD.
