cool

thanks ya,ll. I appreciate the info. I just found this site but I plan on staying around. These are the games I remember growing up. The reason I like them is because they were not as concerned with eye candy back then and actually made games that were just alot of fun to play. Bad graphics and all. Man I ll tell ya I didnt remeber games as being so hard. No easy modes, no AI adjusting. just play the game.

It's not like we could go against his direct command, so we had to wait until he dealt with certain matters.

Tomekk's suggestion about the pieces of eight is a good one, I'm surprised such info hasn't been added earlier.

Dave We have a list, will ask if it's possible to publish it.

arete That's an excellent idea, Tomekk

Tomekk Well if that's the case, I think some admin should make a thread about PoE rewards. Like a quiz is 5 PoEs, a Review is 50, A Screenie is 10?(Just some examples....)
And Do i get anything for contribuiting to the AB Times?
14-10-2008 06:44 AM
arete That goes entirely without saying... *imagines a mountain of stuff falling on admins and updaters alike, burying them alive*

The Fifth Horseman "Sometime soon" being about two months of nearly constant updates.

arete It's not a case of not being organised - there was a moratorium on updates to the site for quite a while Just recently permission to resume was granted, so look forward to seeing the backlog disappearing sometime soon...
