Maxor127 | The problem I had with Manhunter is while it had this dark violent aspect to it, it was also a bit goofy too, which took me out of the experience. And the arcade sequences were annoying. Still a decent game. I wish it had a IIgs version though. Supposedly one was planned, but I don't think it was released. |

Geezer | I don't remember Sierra putting as much marketing effort into the Manhunter games. I think cult is probably the right word to use. The graphic and violent nature of the games probably turned a lot of parents off. There was a big stink about that time over how these evil, violent computer games were corrupting the youth and even causing them to commit suicide etc. (AD&D). Kind of funny when you look at what is being made today. |

I'm amazed at how few replies this game has gotten. I thought Manhunter was a bit of a cult classic for Sierra adventure game fans? Personally I've never played either of the two games a lot - I still need to complete Space Quest 2&3&5, LSL 3, King's Quest 1->8, and all Police Quests which get priority but hey, when those are completed I'd definitely be interested |

Soulsphere | Manhunter 2 was a fun classic that I remember playing while I was still in elementary school, which was quite some time back (maybe 25 years or so). I recall having a lot of fun following the people on my missions and trying to figure out what they were up to. |
