| ChazFox | Well, I'm on a fairly high-end computer, myself. The whole computer doesn't lock up, it's just the web browser that stops responding, meaning I have to end it via Task Manager then restart it. But thanks for the advice, I'll try that next time. | |

this is simply because it starts loading a really huge list of the cities. and i mean really huge, it's 17325 of them wtf did they think when they added this? studentis needs to be notified about this issue for now, just click it, leave your browser running, go make yourself a cup of hot tea, get back and it'll be loaded |

I'm not quite sure if this is the right place to put this, but I keep experiencing a bug whenever I select "UNITED KINGDOM" then "United Kingdom (General)". When it gets to "Please select a city" my browser hangs (This happens on both Firefox and Internet Explorer, so don't tell me to use Firefox because that's what I'm currently using  ) and I have to restart the browser. For now, so that I could actually change my password, I've just placed my location of residence as Banff, Alberta, Canada, since I live close enough to Banff, Aberdeenshire, Caledonia (or Scotland as it's more commonly known).
