Does your Escape key work anywhere else? |

No, I was just asking how to make the escape button work |

Luchsen | You download the archive. You extract the archive. You drag'n'drop the DREAM.EXE onto your DOSBox shortcut. You choose a graphics mode. You press 4. You choose whether to play with mouse. You begin a new game. You search and find Freddy's house. You are in the house. You press Escape. |

Would you tell me step by step what you did? Maybe I am doing sth wrong. Just asking sth like an "nightmare on elm street for dummies" |

Luchsen | That was the first thing I did, and it worked. |

unfortunately that doesn't work as well. Would be really helpful if anyone tried to run the game and open up the menu |

Luchsen | With Ctrl+F1 you can start the keymapper and map single keys. |

A Nightmare on Elm Street "Escape Button Problem" Hi, I have just joined your community and I am need of help right at the start. The problem is I am running "A Nightmare on Elm Street" using dosbox and everything works perfectly well except the "Escape" Button. Without the escape button I cannot open up the menu, nor can I save my game. I have tried to use different keyboard settings such as "keyb uk" but still everything is ok except the "Esc" button. Would anyone try to run this game and help me to open up to menu so that I could save games. Any help is appreciated Thanks |
