I do have the above mentioned Save directory in my game. But this game is not AB game, its presented by a friend, twillight.
Anyway I am glad You have solution of yr problem.

Japo The bug is the same with the ISO Cellar version, and another download I tried, but finally I managed to open the door. After I used the key and the door didn't open, I went for a walk and killed some more clones, and when I went back the door had opened by itself. It may be because I opened the second red door. Here's the saved game, although you can probably do it yourself.

yoga Plz, try this file and maybe You will find the solution.
This file includes Citadel Island N 2.

I tryid to restore yr game loading the file in question in Save directory.
But all i reached was the protagonist before some deep water. No door, nothing??

No, I did not try the isocellar-version, as I do not have a CD just for this, nor enough HDD-space for emulation.

On the other hand what is needed to do to replicate the bug:
The file supposedly loads the screen in question. Go to the middle of the screen, as the stair starts from there. Kill all soldiers along the way. Go up the stairs on the left side. You'll reach a door with a red symbol next to it. When you reach close, it opens automatically (it did for me. If not, then stand to the red symbolt, hit shift to open the inventory, choose the red keycard and hit enter to use it). Enter the corridor, and face to the right, from where 2 red elephant comes. Hit shift to open the inventory, choose the meca-pinguin, hit enter to use it, go backwards. Wait until the elephants die. You'll stand before a blue-keycard door. Do NOT open it, instead face the grates, choose discrete mode (F4), and start shooting (press alt) until the robot dies on the other side. Then an elephant appears what shall die the same way. Then open the bluekeycard-door, pick up the small golden key what falls from the elephant you just killed, then step to the big double door with big FF on it.

Japo I can load it, but it's been a long time since I played this game, and I don't think I finished it; I don't know how to do what you say. But anyway the only thing I was going to try if I could reproduce the bug, was trying a different archive. Have you tried the one in the ISO cellar?

Little Big Adventure

The abandonia version seems to be bugged.

At the point when the Burg has to be visited, I reach the top, open the red and blue keycard-doors, aquire the key from the supergrobo, then try to open the doors on the top to enter the complex. The key is used up (animation appears about the key, and the key disappears from the inventory), but the doors do not open.
There is no way to circumgo this problem ingame as far as I can see.

Any solution?
