The Niles I have this game in two versions. The oldest unpatched version and that does not run well for me either (I'm also on WinME). I also have a newer version with all the patches and the duel of plainwalkers expansion on it. That works fine (except for some AI glitches). I'll be uploading that to abandonia in the near future (4-6 weeks most likely) so check back here every couple of days.

Anonymous I tried that, but it doesn't run under DOS in any way shape or form. It requires Win95. (I think the game came out in 95.)

Thanks for the advice tho...

Tom Henrik If the game is old you should try it out in DOSbox. You can download the program from the main site here.

Not an Abandonia game, but maybe you guys can help...

Hey,

Just found an old copy of Magic the Gathering, the Microprose version with the RPG element.

The game runs great for exactly one duel or about thirty seconds in RPG mode. (I'm running under windows ME, BTW) I've got compatability set to win95 and all the various settings configured, but every time, up pops this error message that I've caused an error in "Kernel(various numbers here)"

Anybody playing this game have any clue as to what might be the problem and how to solve it? (Sorry dumbass non power user question...)

Stuart
