Titan Me and my GF has each a copy, and it works as long as I create the game...

We both have XP Home...

I THINK it has to do with some protocols in XP, but there can be 50 other reasons...

Nyerguds If yoyu have problems with TS/RA2 network games... look at this:

There's a setting in the game where you have to configure the use of your network card. This is usually what causes problems, since you have to run ipconfig to get the settings to use in the game.

Turn off any firewall on both PCs. Win XP has firewall which might disable ports needed for MP.

killone I tried to play to Tiberian sun with a friend on mine connecting our computers with a lan cable. We have both WindowsXP, but in the "LAN" section of the game I cannot see his username and so him. When we had Win2K we could play without any problem.
Where's the problem, now?
