i think it saves once u complete a level

im running windows XP and i can't get it running at all. When i try mdk95 i get the black screen then it goes back to the desktop. I've tried extracting it to c:\mdk and i checked the mdk.cfg and they both say c:\mdk
i'm totally stumped here and this used to be one of my favorite games back in the day, someone plz help!

Thanks to m600 and the guest user who uploaded the fixed d3d file. It worked perfectly! Now, I am playing this on my old Voodoo 3 backup computer. Is the 3DFX patch better than the D3d one or are they pretty much the same visually?

Could someone try and fix the 3dfx patch so I could see if it looked better? It's not that big a deal though. I don't want someone wasting an afternoon trying to get it fixed or something :-P

It's a nice game but I already had it! I bought it with interstate 76, carmagdon and more!! It started to bore me after three times of finishing it!! :sick: I prefer ID's games like Doom1, Doom2, Quake 1 and Quake 2 which never bored me!! :kosta:

Getting through the hex-stuff was kinda challenging, but it all works fine now... Thanks a lot ;) I wanted to play this game since I was... let me count... fourteen? It looked realy awesome, back then. And it still rocks ;)

i got it running fine.
but is it possible to change the controls so mouse y axis is look up/down?
every other FPS with a y axis since the dawn of games has had mouselook. surely this cant be an expection.

I think theres a website that has manuals online you can print out and such...www.replacementdocs.com or something like that, I forget, maybe someone else knows it.
