This rule was set in place the same moment this forum was born talon... ever since then NOBODY respected it.There were many reminders, the last one being eagle's.Now you have to understand rules are not something to be stepped on.If you manage to change the current setting, it's fine, if not, i hope you will resize your sig, and understand us

Still, too big's too big. Take a look at Wormpaul or Ioncannon's sig. Those're huge and take up a quarter of the posting part on the screen. There have to be some restrictions that're followed, or you'll have more abominations like that, and to be frank, two of them's already two too many.

I think the problem is defined perfectly in this statement:

Of course you're going to hit opposition, if the sig rules haven't been enforced from the get go, people are happy with their current sigs, and all of a sudden, they're being threatened with warnings and whatnot.

It's been accepted this long, so people are probably a little upset with the sudden threat of police action after a long bout of complacency.

if it's such a big issue why is it being enforced so inefficiently?

i'm aware that given my low post count and the fact i haven't been on this forum long means i have little say in the matter, but i run my own forum also, and it's run with an iron fist, once rules are set they should be enforced

however would agree though that rules should be changed to fit better with the majority of people jet?
