What, you don't want to waste your precious money? Well ok, here is what he'll tell you:

Thou needs must have the aid of three magical items. The pure sound of a silver bell shall announce thee. The terrible runes, read from Moloch's book, shall cause the earth to tremble mightily. The light of an enchanted candelabrum shall show thee the way”.

I think this is the game I've played for the longest of time in total and all I could achieve was a nearly win where I've offered the amulet ON THE WRONG ALTAR! Damn!

Every game ended in misery due to my characters all having very bad luck

so far as I can tell, this game is a food poison simulator. Every one of my games ends in the same way: run around the dungeon, run out of food, get too hungry to do anything, eat a corpse, get poisoned and die.

I had a seven hour train ride that I wasted mostly on this game, and I've yet to get a character past level 4. They all die from food poisoning.

Never eat something that isn't proper food or that you haven't freshly killed. A corpse that lies around for a while goes rotten. If you get food poisoning, you can cure it with a unicorn horn or by eating a rotten egg to induce vomiting. Praying will work if you're in favour with your God, but don't do that too often or you won't be.

This game is awesome. No idea how often I died and how often I stumble over my former possessions, pets and corpses... even got killed by my own ghost. There are versions for mobile phones now... gotta get one for summer.

I have this installed and use it to kill off some time from now and then... A wonderful game =))

Be sure never to eat corpses left by Mummies or Zombies. They give you food poisoning every time you eat. As well pray only once in the 3000 steps otherwise you could be in trouble. When Im nearly dieing of hunger i mostly eat a zombie then pray en then go down futher, you will encounter more monsters who could leave a corpse.
