Did you have any head trauma, concussion or something like that in early age? My guess is you are either insane or suffering from minor brain damage.

And yeah, the dot thing is a common one. I get it even with the eyes open in the dark, and sometimes like pulsating circles expanding or converging... I once heard it had something to do with the blood going through the eyes and such. But I don't know, really

Well whatever it is you got there, you got it for a good reason and if I was you I wouldn't listen to those who tell you're insane. Insanity is after all a thing which definition is a matter of opinion and varies depending on point of view. Don't give up and continue to search for what it is exactly you have and why, I'm sure it is something unusual you have and it while it might be just explained by some banal reasons, it seems unlikely to me.

Wow mate, sometimes when I go to sleep and I lay in my bed I see huge brown rabbits with horse heads jumping around me and then I start urinating wildly out of my nostrils. Has that ever happened to anyone? I don't know if it's normal or I should see a doctor. Perhaps it's just because I've been consuming insane amounts of LSD rectally?
