I don't necessarily think his poll was SPAM, I just think it was worded poorly, causing the clarity to be lost.

You didn't recieve a warning for your poll, because you didn't do anything wrong.

But that topic was a spam-fest waiting to happen, so I moved it to the Hall of Shame (where we admins hang out). The same will happen with this topic, as it serves no purpose whatsoever.
