Does anyone know how to run DOSBox in fullscreen mode as it would make taking the screenshots much easier.

But you do not need to do that. The screenshots can be taken perfectly in the window too. :)

Keep the game on hold for the time being, R Havell... Kosta must decide if Theme is to be on the site, since dream pointed out that the game is still being sold.

got theme park last night and ran in dos box works great :)
