For me it's mostly rock, although rock from like the 70's and 80's mostly, some metal as well though I don't mind listening too.

I always thought hip-hop is a culture from which rap,rnb and such derive...

rap is more heavy mostly punclines and stuff.
hiphop is more pop alike but NOT pop.

It would be if you could download it. But you can't download it - you can just listen to it (it's like if I'd invite you over to my place to listen to some music - don't worry, the songs weren't obtained illegaly - I have all the original CDs).
