Well, I've tried everything I have. I guess I'm stuck in buying this game. :(

Buy the game and you won't have any problems. This is a copy protection that needs a special file that one can't see on the usual visible space of the CD's. And as such you can'tr burn it to a CD-R / -RW, only the original CD does. So go and buy the game instead of using a pirated version.
