As long as everyones' additions keep their value in the whole part I think it should be allowed. As for altering your own additions: that's your own choice

No, not fine by me, that would ruin the point of the artwork if we just delete the stuff others have drawn. You can add a boat somewhere else in the scene.

Since Spoonman has also worked on it, it can't just be deleted, it goes against the point of the project. Since you can't delete what another person has created you also can't delete what you have already created yourself.

Well ok, but I think you should be able to improve it a little bit, like putting sunglasses on or combing his hair or whatever. As long as the original part and meaning of it still stands.

That is of coarse allowed.
