Augh,school starts today for me in about an hour. Shoot me dead!

Ummm, more band camp stories...<thinks> Ok, so our cabin named ourselves the Hyper Eccentric Loveable Lads, H.E.L.L for short.. Next to us was a cabin that was all mexican fiesta themed. One of the nights, they had a "fiesta" in their cabin, with lots of music, black lights, etc. for people to dance to. My cabin partner and I didn't wantt o go, so we finished everything in our room, and decided to test it out. My partner had set up strobe lights in all four corners of the ceiling, made from the same lights used in police, ambulence, and fire engine sirens. They were really really freaking bright. So we turned those on, I turned on the red lights that were inside this glowing grim reaper's eyes that we had hung from the cieling, and then we turned on our stereo system (five huge speakers, with one massive subwoofer beneath one of the beds.) After about three minutes of us basking in the glow of our creation, a couple people came in and were like "Hey, this is so cool! It's like a rave!" Those three people then walked outside, shouted "RAVE IN HELL! RAVE IN HELL!" Following which about eighty kids came crashing into our cabin to dance. Eighty, fitting into a cabin designed to hold ten kids snuggly. It was pretty cool. I was able to time my jumping up and down with the strobe lights, so that it looked like I was floating in air. I'm sure I'll come up with a better story when I get home from school, but right now I am just waaaay too tired.

I wanna come to band camp next time you go...

Last time I was in band was 7th grade. I'm waiting a year before I start college now, and still glad I got out of it. Band teacher was a nazi :(

Let's see, another story...ummmm

On one of the nights (called theme night) we decorate a portion of the camp to match our theme for the year, and have a big dance and good food and good times. We also have a fortune telling room. I was a fortune teller with two other girls, and we had much fun. I put this giant grim reaper ceiling decoration over me, so it's head was resting on top of mine, and I would move it's arms around with my hands, but I couldn't really see what it's arms were doing. The girls called me their friend Death, and I would tell the peoples fortunes using actions, while they interpretted them. It was very fun, especially since I couldn't talk, and I would always predict their deaths. It is higly difficult and intertaining to predict that someone will become a japanese chef, chop off their hand while doing one of their shows, and accidently flip the knife up to impale their eye, but it worked. I haven't laughed so hard in my entire life.

Also, at one of the campfires, we played a game called "Stuff Your Face" where volunteers had to fit as many pieces of the chosen food into their mouth as they possibly could, and still be able to touch your lips together. I managed to fit twenty licorice red vines into my mouth, as well as forty LARGE marshmallows. The second place person fit in eight pieces of licorice, and fifteen marshmallows. I also was able to fit my entire fist into my mouth, and I have a very very large fist..although it did get stuck and I ended up scraping off some skin trying to pull it out.
