HELP! Can you help me how i have to play UMS for Amiga on my WinXP? Which Emulator do i need?

Probably DOSBox, as to be found at the programs section on the main page.

For Amiga version, that would be WinUAE.

This game is making me rip my hair out. When ever i try to open it it says: Can not load army.fy [EXIT]. Can anyone help me?

Try dosbox or pure dos. Its an old game but that error seems to be from loading a battle to play.
