I have a stupid question for you, in the second picture can be clearly seen a lot of garbage right outside the houses (where there is also a parked car. Why don't these people clear them, like picking the bottles up or something?
Poverty exists in every country in the world, and if we assume that the guy sleeping on the bench is a homeless guy, do you know how many homeless exist in other countries? For example the UK? (not taking into account that in some cases they want to be homeless) So, what was your point, that Slovakia has poor areas? What I do not understand is why they are not picking the garbage up from the ground right outside their buildings. |
They probably don't receive money for recycling...

you know, here we have little kinda shameful etnic minority called gypssyes(not all of them of course, but most=]), they live in their own community, in departed villages/in departed parts of towns or villages
and lots of ppl dont like them here.. |
True, it's pretty much their way of life (digging the trash etc.), many of them refuse educatiom and actually have children begging on the streets instead (from what they make good profit)...
|
what are gypsies?
|
Well, I think there are gypsies in all the european countries, there are many (150000?) in Greece too, greek citizens but most of them refuse to live in houses/apartments and prefer to live in the open or in not so good places, but I have never seen them letting garbage outside like this, they are quite clean and tidy considering they are living in so different conditions.
Perhaps they live in different areas because the people don't like them? If they feel the majority of the population is hostile towards them it is natural to not want to live near them, and live in secluded communities. |
This my friends is what we call a Troll. He goes around websites and causes trouble. He likes the attention it gives him. Sure it is only negative attention he gets but he is so insecure about himself that he believes it is the only kind of attention he deserves. For this he deserves our pity and he has mine.
This topic however serves no other purpose but the above stated one and that is not what this forum was ever intended to do. I therefore close this. If anyone genuinely wants to talk about Slovakia there is a topic about that country not that far down for it. Slovakia not Croatia  |
