it says it is no longer mounted, the qoutations are there because the DOSBox guide told me I needed it if I had spaces in my folder names...

I think I'm going to re-download it....

Thanks Mighty Midget! When I redownloaded it worked perfectly, I obviously did something wrong the first time I downloaded it.

I am now running the game in Dosbox and the game still freezes at the royal chalice screen. I even tried redownloaded the game and it still freezes at the same screen

Put the game in folder c:\kyrandia or c:\games\kyrandia (only 8 letters long - makes your life easier), whichever you prefer, mount not the folder though but just drive c: instead, in few cases that helps. Example:

mount c c:\
c:
cd kyrandia (switches to folder kyrandia)
main.exe

See if that helps

It's always better to have all your saved/downloaded games in another drive instead of C:\ I do and never have any problems. In any case I play almost all my oldies in DOS, and only a few in DOSBox. Good Luck!

Is there any chance of getting the "Darm's abode" music uploaded? I couldn't find it in the list of music.

Somebody who knows may help you, far as I remember when I visit Darm the music plays automatically :)!
