I don`t know whether I`m doing something wrong but. .......
Tried your suggestion of taking the read-only off the game files, but it is exactly the same situation as before- the game files themselves are not read-only, the folders aren`t and won`t change, yet still the same situtation exists, I try and save and no. On the other situation I have been mounting to the parent folder of the game folder c:\games before cd blade. I have since tried mounting to the sub-folder c:\games\blade and just using the execute file. ..... and still no difference. As I believe dosbox itself does not recommend mounting to C drive I`m not going to, I am sadly not technologically knowledgable enough to know the pros and cons of doing so, so couldn`t possibly take part in this discussion. Thanks for your help so far, Phoen. |
