Hi, all... It seems that my Rick Dangerous I does not register the High Score :wallbash: ... I am using the PC version under DOS on an old 486 computer... Any suggestion as to how to get it right ? Thanks in advance, Patrick.

Good suggestion, r.u.s.s. but I just checked and all the files are read/write... I wonder whether I am not missing a file. Currently, I have RICK.COM ; RICK.EGA ; RICK.CGA and RICK.TND. Is there another file needed ?

Hi, Agrios! Could you tell me if, when running on your Amstrad PC, the high score table of Rick Dangerous I gets saved when you exit the game, or does it always start off with a "standard" high score table?

It might well be that the high score was never intended to be saved. But it does seem rather odd  ... I will try it out on another computer tomorrow...

This guy managed to disassembly and convert Rick 1 to modern systems. It has the added advantage that the cursor keys are now used: http://www.bigorno.net/xrick/
