PayPal should shut him down though, their policy is their policy, not subject to any laws, ISP's and what not.

I recently read a thread on HOTU and one Czech person said the legal system is useless in copyright matters.
Since they has such complex downloading systems and everything this guy must be trying really hard to bypass the protection.
Maybe we could tell the people who download from the site to stay away by placing a text file in the download promoting Abandonia (thats if they read it)...

EDITED for slightly more usefulness: Actually, I think contacting PayPal is probably the easiest, fastest and ultimately more effective way to go. He's obviously offerring the service for the sake of pennies, not for the love of the games, so he I doubt he would continue his "service" if he can't money grub any more.

Has anyone contacted PayPal yet? If not I'll go get my special patented Strongly Worded Email to send off to PP.
