What about the CPU power it uses? When it's running, it uses 100% of the power I noticed + some memory. And if I want to play a CPU intensive game like Gothic 2 or say Jedi Knight 2, should I deactivate the program during the time or it will minimize it's CPU and memory use automatically?

I've often had the UD agent running whilst playing computer games. What I think it does is use up any spare CPU power so your games should run as normal but the UD agent will suffer a bit.

The agent runs in the lowest possible priority, therefore no tangible CPU deficiency ought to be observed...

yeah as mentioned, its set at the lowest priority, so everything else will have priority over it for cpu time.

its still worth exiting the agent for running games, to free up the memory... although windows probably pages it to disk.. im not sure. to be on the safe side, quit it before playing games.
