that would do!!if anyone can make a save after that point i would be grateful!!

The original DOS version of Les Manley had an error in it. Accolade did solve the problem, but I've never seen the patch, or a patched version of the DOS version anywhere.
The Amiga version didn't have this problem, by the way. :) |
This copy - coming straight from me - did not cause anything like that on my DOS machine.

Well I remember playing it and coming pass this point (and I'm sure I used Horseman's archive), but maybe there was a mix of archives when I updated... Do you still have your game archive Horseman (because it may be a different archive - you're not credited either I think).

(slaps himself on the head)
Whoops. Sorry, I've mistaken it with Les Manley: Lost in LA. This copy does not come from me, nor do I have one myself. |
Too bad (*goes off to look for any other possible copy*).
EDIT: SH*T I found the version I used when reviewing (it was the Amiga game - run through the emulator), no wonder the PC version doesn't work - and no-body can get pass that point (it's the bug that was on the original disk as well - the one I got off Rainwife's computer). |
maybe, you should post the Amega version, and a reliable emulater. just a thought.
i also get this code, i've run it in pure dos, moslo, safe mode, windows 98 se, safe mode with moslo, dos with moslo. I at first thought it was some sound card error because the music kept playing when the error came up. :w00t: ach schwin! |
No-rom policy in effect, sorry.
|
has ANYONE won the PC game?! if so, could they PLEASE post a saved game!
if not, then would you great and mighty administrators take this game off the site. Its fun, while it lasts, but the torture of having a game and not being able to complete it, is just KILLING me! |
Has anyone tried the version of another site?
