Well,you could also try Bio.sektor as long as you don't mind that majority of users is czech/slovak-(the game itself is translated and it's pretty interesting)

Why not try Battle of Wesnoth? You find that in reloaded.org as well ;) I just downloaded it... and you can play it alone... or you can go online and play. And yes... got Wolfenstein ET too... damn that is addictive... ;)
Tried PhantasyRPG and I like it because I can play in my breaks ;)

As i remember Tibia has not-so-big download, and its quite a nice game

Pirates of the Caribbean is gonna be released in 2007. Maybe you can look out for that. Not sure if it's free though. No news so far, except screenshots and stuff on their Disney site.
