Plant cells have cell wall (animal cells don't).

The vacuole take up a large part of the plant cell (and only a small one of an animal cell).

Plant cells haven't any lysosomes (animals cells have).

How do you make asphalt?

You use crushed stones and tar to hold them together. Then you heat it up and put on the road. Next you need to smooth the surface and let it cool.

But there are probably different methods, as there are different types of it as well (different quality also).
