Personally, I don't see the appeal of Straight-Adventure games. Fallout for me is the ultimate pick, so I chose RPG

And I salute you!

Settlers of Katan is apparently very good, but probably one of those needlessly-complicated boardgames like Games Workshop used to make (Sauron anyone? man that was ridiculous). I voted strategy, but only because I'm playing Total Annihilation - it would usually be Action methinks.

Lizard - when you say "genial" do you mean "really good"? because genial in english means "likeable and friendly" or "of or pertaining to the chin" (apparently). I've seen people use it like you do before - is it some sort of mistranslation?

Hehe, you got that right. It means "ingenious" in German, and is, more colloquially, used to describe something as "really good". ;)

Fallout 2 is one of the best games I have played, but still [............] (fill the empty space with at least 20 adventure games and counting). Those games are the games that made me believe that I choose adventure genre.

I don't really see their stand-alone appeal. Could someone explain why they are so great?

Do I have to say more than: "Play it!"?
