Are you talking single or Multiplayer?
If you attempt that in singleplayer without saving and exiting, the only possible way to do it would be /players 8, and otherwise it would only get you to something like level 18.

You'd never play through a whole act in a sitting, so normal exiting to go do something else could leave you with easily enough monsters to get to lvl20 before the end of act 1 if you play in relatively small chunks of time.

I got bored of the vanilla game ages ago but I occasionally play some of the mods for it - Eastern Sun's pretty good.

Did you find it ? I'm going to be available for playing Sunday (I think :D ) because I need to turn those <how do you write "cd" when there are 2 or more ?> into iso's and archive them on my mother's computer in case something bad happenes.
