I only have Coded Arms and it does seem to be hated by most because it is storyless and very repetative, but although this is the case I've always found senseless killing very fun. I've spent nearly 25 hours playing this game.

Blood-Pigggy 20-12-2005 12:53 AM

It is quite entertaining at first, but it soon falls into mediocrity.
The only other game is Starwars Battlefront II, and that isn't even always a FPS at times.

And it kinda proves my point, Coded Arms' controls really take some getting used to.

Iron_Scarecrow 20-12-2005 01:19 AM

Well yes it did take me an hour or two to really get used to them. But now that I'm past that I'm really enjoying the game. But this is just me liking a lot of senseless killing and FPS games.

I think Ghost In The Shell is FPS, and Battlefront is designed to be Third Person although they give the option of First Person, well they do on the PC versions not sure about the PSP.

Blood-Pigggy 20-12-2005 01:30 AM

Haven't played Ghost yet, but I haven't heard much good.

I'm still liable to play games myself before I judge them though, so I'll give it a try.

There is still another GameBoy comming out. (DS was not next GBA version)
Linky?

And I don't know who said it but I'm not having any trouble playing FPS games so far on the PSP, I did at first but I'm way past all that. [/b][/quote]
Not much can be found on the net.

Most Nintendo news cover incomming 'Revolution', but couple times already president of Nintendo of America said that DS will not replace GBA, and that development of new GBA is in process already couple of years.

Ah. I keep hearing talk of a Virtual Boy but I can never find anything about it, would this be it?

Now that I know there may be a new gameboy I'm wondering if I should get a DS. I do need a new gameboy since my Advance isn't in good enough condition to play on. Should I get a DS within next couple of months or wait for this new gameboy?

No, the Virtual Boy came out when I was still reading Video Game magazines, somewhere around the mid 90's. It flopped though, mainly because it was a rather awkward combination of a VR-device and a handheld..or rather, a handheld VR-device... if one could manage holding that thing in such a position anyway.

What? Making a Gaming system to play games? The sadistic bastards!

Blood-Pigggy 20-12-2005 08:03 PM

Really, I don't understand why people say the PSP is better because of the media features. You're playing a system for games, so... why not play the games?

Why don't you go get a palm pilot that can play crappy games and say "It's better than the DS, because it has media functions" yeesh.
