I open my back sack , take key and put on the key ring.
Or take the key and put on the key ring.
In both case nothing happens??

The Key is somewhere in Throneroom and you should only go to Bedroom if Mordea is eating.

My walk through states:

To get the hood, follow the dirt path back through the archway and then
head east, perpindicular to the road. You'll have to go south 5 or ten steps
too. You'll find a pit with changelings in it. At the center is an island of
sorts with executioner's hood on it.

Can not find it! Is this Hood in cemetery or outside?

To get the sticks, Teleport to Central Tenebrae and head west to west Tenebrae. You'll find the sticks under a tree in the northwest area.
(15150,3050,56,39) There will be a ghost and a burnt out building nearby.
Get the sticks.
Can not get it! I approached burned out house, enter it and uncovered a Maze. Inside I found a money bag. Out. No sticks.
I located the tree to house, clicked and clicked, no sticks.. You think is easy to find. Absolutely NO. A ghost attacked me with flying self-targeting fire bombs-sculls. Many ghouls around.

Resting i made a trick and visit this Underground with trolls and magic axe. First time i was unable to leave it. Now i take the Axe, steal the key and then used Teleport device to safely return in CT>

Its not IN Tree but under it.

Those sticks are called Elbow of Dead or similar, click once on them to see the name displayed.
