Yeah I still remember playing Return to Castle Wolfeinstein there were certainly some scary parts, especially when fighting those things that jump around everywhere, and that 2nd main boss which was a pain in the behind to defeat.

For all out gore I think the award should go to Postal 2. Damn funny, often quite disgustingly wrong and mad amounts of gore. I reccomend it but you have been warned.

Well Postal 2 isn't scary, it's gorey and mad and funny and many other things, but it isn't a horror game...

soldier of fortune 2 with two different bloodpatches is gory

without ploodpatches it has a scary censur ship LOL
(all people are transformed to robots and if you shoot them they ping like you

I agree that the Soldier of Fortune games are extremely gory, I mean even beyond the point of getting ridiculous, so much blood.

just don't let cat lovers see you play it (i doubt they would appreciate seeing a cat being used to silence a shotgun :P)
