I actually got thru all stages of the version I got off this site (used the cheat listed above). There are only about 6 stages & unfortunately none seem to involve dogfighting other aircraft - it's all island/ship attacking.

Radar does n ot work. Also had same DLL prob with Win 98, but not with XP on laptop.

:blink: So youre saying that the remake only has six levels? Havent gotten around to play it yet. But still this is THE best game that ever existed for the amiga.
The theme music seems to come back to mind every day it seems. A true masterpiece of a musical score. :Brain:

i cant play it. it says d3d9.dll file is missing. it tried it on a win98 and xp os, it says reinstalling may solve problem but i installed it 5 times already :wall:

This remake is a very bad one. The best wayto have fun with WoF is playing the amiga version with an emulator.

This remake is awesome!! But it has a problem: enemy planes don't take off, they just remain still on the carrier. Do anybody know how to solve this problem??

That feature hasn't been implemented yet.
It might be quite a while before the game's updated too, as the creator has to redesign the game from scratch :)
