I don't think it's abandonware either. Go to www.mobygames.com and search there.

Well, here's to hoping!

Mad-E-Fact 11-04-2005 04:15 PM

Well, RPGs were in a "crisis" not long ago aswell, now they are popular again, it's just that RPGs nowaday are different then they were years ago...

When you think about it all gaming genres change, I guess you could call it evolution...

Well said, brother..

I knew that that the days of the adventure gaming will come back.

First Person Shooter: You play one, you play all. The only difference from one game to another is graphics. Plot almost the same, damn monsters almost the same.

Strategy: You play one, you play all. The only difference you will find is the commodity or business/trade. The best I ever played and still play in my office is "The Patrician" and the first "Age of Empire." rest of them sux. The Sims LITERALLY sux, too.

Role-Playing: Its adventure in a medieval setting with a weak stat to buildup and a shining armour to buff.

Puzzle: Must be second best genre to all adventure gamers out there. This will help them practice their puzzle solving skills.

Simulation: hmm, sure this is gaming?

EDIT:

I know that most of the dudes out there do warez, so my request is that atleast we must not do that with adventure games. Buy them even if you have to steal the money from you dad's wallet or get it by stealing your neighbour's spare wheel. Let the moneygrubbers know that we do warez because we don't like the genres they want us to play.
