Is the mine always at the same place?

I have the orginal Amiga game, but in the middle of the game, the game stops, and asks for a word in the orginal manual. Anyone who know where I can find it?

Can someone help me? I can't see the cursor and I have no idea why? I've tried running with vdmsound but no luck.

Try running with DosBox.

Nevermind, I found out what the problem was - I remembered that I had the same problem with another old Dos game (Balor's Evil Eye, I think.) Turns out that if I set XP's non-unicode language to JP, the cursor would become invisible. Odd.

Isn't this game the best? I just started playing it todat for the first time in years, and came across the lost mine by accident. (With NO help from the map, by the way!) Anyway, I was wondering if there was any special trick or anything to climbing up the ropes with the spiders? I've tried and tried, and the little buggers keep killing me. :sos:

I love this game and just found a 3d version online. Is it worth the D/L?

Yeah, anyone know what to do about the question from the manual, page 18, line 3, word 3?
