I am a little unclear also.. why aren't things ever kept simple?

I think that we will be given an image by our 'Judge' and then one of us edits it, posts it... then the other takes it modifys it some more etc. It's all a bit weird really but should be a laugh :)

He's got it. An initial image is supplied, and one of you takes it, modifies it, and posts it. The next one takes the modified image, modifies it again, and posts it. This continues until some predetermined "end" condition is met.

Simple.

The idea is to try and use the previous piece in a different way or to make it do something new, at least if you're really good! The link FPJ posted in here somewhere has some amazing examples.

Yeh I looked at that link.. was great watching the image evolve :P
