Which user? I thought it was still 20. I know Ermuli is an exception.

Weren't some users post farming before the requirement was dropped?
Or does a higher requirement encourage better posts overall?

Don't know why Cool Spot is there at this time. I noticed before InsaneFury was posting when the post requirements were 100, though he had less. But maybe he was VIP.

I'm glad he was able to get in though, because he contributed Cannon Fodder 1 & 2.
