It's not Armor Alley (and definitely not Armor Valley :D ), but from what I've recently read, Armor Alley was a remake-of-sorts of the game I posted. Whaddya think, should I just give it away?

One more hint, and if nobody gets it, I'll give the answer away: This game was published by Sir-Tech and appears to have been only released for the Apple II. And though it's not Armor Alley, its title is alliterative. Someone has to get it now.
