Ok, there will be an easy way to tell the results.

Just got a call from neopickaze - the guy who runs DaFastLane and is in charge of the awards ceremony.

Unfortunately, the ceremony will be delayed until Wednesday, 3rd of May at 7:00PM GMT (8:00PM British Summer). Reason for this is that he just got the results back from the voting yesterday, and has promised to visit his girlfriend's parents. While the animation is more or less finished, he still have some issues left, and wouldn't feel ok by launching a semi-done show.

On the other hand, we will be mirroring the awards ceremony on the Abandonia server. Just to make sure that everyone will be able to enjoy the flash animation - in case the DFL server can't cope with the masses (as their server isn't all that big).

I'm afraid I have more bad news :(

The hosting of DaFastLane.net has gone forever - without warning. Which means that the guy who was in charge of paying (won't mention his name), appearantly took all the money and left. He also took the domain DaFastLane.net with him.

Right now neopickaze is trying to get back his hosting by any means available and is working his hardest to get the site back and running again - on a different domain this time.

What this means is that we aren't sure if the Award ceremony will be shown today, or where it will be shown, but neo is doing his best to make it happen.

This whole thing sucks on so many levels, let me tell you, but DFL will arise again.

In the meantime the rest of us can only hope for a quick and easy solution for neo.
