Two persons wants to chat with me with messenger. However, I dont know should I accept these guys, because i dont know who they are.

You can always accept them, ask them who they are, and if you don't like them you can delete from your list again and block them forever.

I found the smarter child bot to be pretty useful with its reminders.

You should still edit or remove their e-mail addresses to prevent spambots to get them...

I ususally let people talk. Within 5 minutes I generally decide whether to block them or not.

A very good way. I think my record is blocking someone 3 seconds after she added me.

If I recognise an email adress I once blocked and somehow managed to add me again, I'll block.
Someone who blocked me (whom I them blocked) added me on their new email adress a few weeks back... Blocked instantly..
But I mean, wtf?

i had like 120 people on my messenger list(not msn though) ..all were good friends. and one day i decided to delete 100 :D now i have 20 people( _r.u.s.s. you're still on my list LOL) and i feel better already :D ...so yeah...block them ^_^
