tell us about your technique. did you simply use the filters, blending modes and some nice base pixxs or do u have some very tricky special skills that we shoukd know of ;)

It's not that hard really. All you have to do is to find some nice texture and blend it in desired parts of image, capture the light reflected in eyes and preserve it in different layer and play around with it for a while, until you're satisfied.
