well it's kinda dizzy

few observations:
hud_centerid 0 kinda sucks
lift up the crosshair, it needs to be middle or higher
don't spray and pray
stop reloading so fast
you need to know how to turn around corners
you're always uncovered, easy frag ;)
use shift when necessary(certain corners and such)
_cl_autowepswich just in case ;)
hud_fastswitch 1

are those players? they kinda...don't move.
you should try a dust2_only map ;)

and, the most important thing: sound, the wallhack of all wallhacks

anyhow, the best way to improve your skill is to admit and observe at what level of gameplay you are situated.
i have 6 years of cs in my back(had a few brakes, but i've been playing it since the beggining) and i'm still not good. that's cause i play only to have fun.
don't take this game very serious or any game... you'll forget how it is to have fun ;)

Anyway, You REALY need to be better covering your back and how to take corners.
I used to play a UT-mod called SF, and i was resonably good at it, even though i play with a... hold on to yourself... a trackball.
Was extramly good at using the M11. Had quite a few matches where i took the entire other team, by myself, with a M11.. So.. M4? Bah.. that's a bulk-gun.. Get good at using a gun noone else playes with, now THAT'S skill.
