its a fun minigolf game i remember playing when i was younger but i can't find it for purchase (and would the sierra agreement extend to this? i do hope it does)

I'm not sure if that site is legit, so I wouldn't recommend joining that site still if you really want it it may be your best bet ;)

Not found for sale, but ESA-protected until January 1st 2013.

It appears Amazon.de no longer sells 3D Ultra Minigolf. If this can be confirmed, and if it can be confirmed that the game isn't sold anywhere else, this game can be re-approved.
